Being a makeup artist, my most asked question from clients were always on how and what products they needed the most to start their personal makeup kits. Most women have the same exact problem shopping for makeup or confused about what to get for their makeup bag. I have a ton of makeup products however there are some specific products that I use often and is always in my makeup application routine. - PRIMER
This helps your makeup go on smoothly and stays throughout the day. Pick a primer that’s suitable for your skin type. If you have oily skin like me then you should definitely stick to oil free primers.
2. FOUNDATION OR BB CREAM
It’s a skin coloured makeup applied to the face to create an even or uniform to the complexion to cover flaws. I stated the BB cream because not everyone’s into full coverage so if you want a lighter coverage you can opt for a BB CREAM in place of the foundation. Personally on a day to day basis I prefer the BB Cream and then when I have an event or something important I apply foundation.

It is very necessary to set your creams and liquids so they do not crease on you.
4. BROW KIT
Every beauty bag needs this. Your brows say a lot about you. Even if you’re not a fan of the popular dramatic brows, you still need to fill in your natural brows.

For a beginner it is advisable to stick to simple. The nude to smokey eye can function for your day to night looks.

A little touch up helps and most importantly to clean under your brows and hide spots.
